Position Summary:
Silfab Solar is seeking a Mandarin Interpreter to support communication between Mandarin-speaking employees and English-speaking team members across departments. The interpreter will play a key role in facilitating clear, accurate, and culturally appropriate communication in production, training, safety, and administrative settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Mandarin–English interpretation during team meetings, training sessions, and daily workplace communication.
• Assist supervisors and employees in communicating important information clearly.
• Help translate simple documents such as instructions, safety notices, or training materials when needed.
• Support HR and Operations with onboarding or training for Mandarin-speaking employees.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when interpreting workplace information.
• Help promote effective communication and a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels.
• Interest in gaining experience in a professional or manufacturing environment.
