Discovery Education’s internship program is called BOLD (Building Opportunities for Leadership and Development). The paid internship program is 12 weeks from May 18, 2026 – August 7, 2026, and interns will be required to work a 40-hour work week.
Throughout the 12-week internship program, you will complete important and meaningful work and project assignments with a focus on providing you with opportunities for growth, visibility, and exposure within the organization. You will be paired with a manager who will guide you through projects and work assignments.
Our BOLD program will be held in our Charlotte Headquarters located in North Carolina. This is a hybrid role in which you will be required to come into the Charlotte office on Tuesday and Wednesday with the ability to work remotely for the remaining days.
We are looking for students that:
- Are pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree and building a strong academic record
- Have outstanding leadership experience in school
- Have a strong interest in education technology
- Have experience with Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
