Job Description

You'll be an integral part of growing our vendor/customer base, responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales strategies and exceptional customer service.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively reaching out to prospective customers via phone, email, and other channels to generate leads and identify new business opportunities
  • Achieve weekly sales objectives and targets
  • Qualifying leads and assessing customer needs to determine the best solutions to meet their requirements
  • Following up with customers to close sales, negotiate terms, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Secure authorization to resell vendor products
  • Ability to develop daily, weekly, and monthly call plans

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
