Our Company:

We're an education media and technology company. We create engaging content and exciting experiences that enable elementary-aged girls to achieve STEM career literacy by age 12. We partner with parents, educators, and corporations to create pathways for girls to succeed and persist in the STEM talent pipeline to high school and beyond.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an operations team mate to support the weekly assembly and production of our STEM activity kits. 

In this role, you will be responsible for building our Dear Smart Girl kits. Essential tasks that production assistants will be expected to carry out include prepping materials for kit build, building kits, performing quality checks, gathering and packing kits for shipment. They must also maintain excellent communication with team members while also ensuring efficiency, timely delivery and quality standards are met. Required skills and qualities include attention to detail, organization skills, strong multitasking skills, verbal communication skills, and excellent time management skills.

Work will be completed at our office in the colab building right off the light rail; 30 minutes from the UNC Charlotte Campus.
