Job Description
How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
BROAD SCOPE OF POSITION:
Assist with the various Atlanta Airport Customer Service internal consulting activities including gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, developing and communicating recommendations, developing measurement systems, preparing for implementing performance improvements, and assisting in change management.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of various work situations.

Provide planning and analytical skills to various improvement projects.

Assist in design and implementation of various business process improvement projects.

Assist project teams involved in the development of measurement strategies and systems.

Assist with other research efforts as needed.
Students must be able to complete 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA in line with one of the below schedules:
Summer 2026 - 1st rotation
Spring 2027 - 2nd rotation
Fall 2028 - 3rd rotation
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

Enrolled in an Undergraduate program in pursuitof a Bachelor's degree, or similar 4-year degree program

Work with project teams to define and solveunstructured problems with minimal direction, work on multiple assignments withstrict deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and function effectively underpressure.

Assist on projects requiring effective oral andwritten communication skills, performing analysis with close attention todetail and working with Delta people from all areas and levels.

PC skills should include Microsoft Word, Excel,PowerPoint, and Access or willingness to learn these applications quickly.Experience in PC based project management tools, other database managementsoftware, and simulations applications are helpful.

Must be a self-starter.

Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
