The student in this position will assist the University Transfer Center in the creation and development of programs for new transfer students. They will work closely with the Assistant Director of Transfer Programs to design a Transfer Ambassadors program including a program structure, a recruitment and marketing plan, and training and evaluation materials.  Additionally, they will assist with planning and developing resources for the Transfer FIT program and National Transfer Student Week.
