The Opportunity: The Truist Financial Services Enterprise (FSE) Internship is a unique development and application internship. FSE provides an opportunity to develop leadership skills and financial services acumen, learn more about the Truist organization and culture, play a meaningful role in supporting corporate goals through a business unit experience and project, and assess interest in and aptitude for a financial services career.

Exposure to the Truist enterprise, culture, senior leaders, and career paths in financial services and Truist
Experience completing projects and assignments in a line of business, career assessment and meeting with a Career Coach

Build business acumen and leadership skills by actively participating in and completing all development activities.
Develop business unit knowledge.
Complete projects or assignments that assist the department and support Truist goals.
Collaborate and network with teammates to form lasting professional connections.
Present a Capstone on internship contributions and learnings.
Attend enrichment activities and events with peers and senior leaders.
Invite and receive ongoing performance coaching and feedback.

Required Skills

Working towards the completion of a BA/BS or advanced degree program at an accredited college or university. Business-related degree or coursework preferred. Demonstrated strong academic performance
Demonstrated leadership through on-campus involvement or work experience
Demonstrated strong initiative, adaptability/flexibility, and growth mindset
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work in a professional team environment
Demonstrated proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Interested in learning more about a career in financial services
Locations: Individuals hired into the program will be located in Charlotte, NC.
General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation: All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
