Profile of our Organization: P3 Holistic Wellness is a recently started non-profit with the mission of empowering and educating women facing challenges in prioritizing their well-being, offering them essential support and resources to thrive mentally, physically and spiritually. Right now we have no employees and everything is being done by volunteers to

Description of Project and Location: We are looking for someone to help boost our social media presence and generate posts for donations as well as to find people to volunteer and participate in our programs. The work will be mostly done remotely, however there may be a need to meet in person periodically to shoot videos and make content to post.
Project Scope: Develop a social media strategy for our non-profit. Create content, design posts and schedule them for publication. Monitor engagement metrics and provide an
analysis of campaign effectiveness.
Preferred Student Demographic and qualifications: Someone with an interest in marketing and social is preferred, but not a requirement. Student must have experience with using and posting on social media across multiple platforms.
Hours required for completion: We would like someone a few hours a week for the duration of the program to boost our social media presence and then help us set up a plan to continue going forward. We are estimating 20-25 hours for the total project.
How the student will benefit from participation: They will gain important and practical job skills to be successful in a non-profit environment as well as gaining content to put on their resume and portfolio when applying for future jobs.
Expected Outcomes: Boost our social media presence and following which will hopefully lead to donations to the organization as well as reaching people who are in need of our
services.
