Veterinary Customer Service Representative

Receptionist responsibilities include answering phones, checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, communicating clearly and professionally with clients, handling monetary transactions, and supporting the daily operation of the hospital. This position also involves extensive cleaning and maintenance of exam rooms and other areas throughout the clinic to help ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, clients, and staff.

We are looking for someone who works well in a team setting, pays close attention to detail, and is willing to learn. Because this role requires extensive training, we are seeking applicants who are interested in a longer-term commitment and can remain with our team beyond a summer or seasonal position.
