Photographer & Videographer

About Us Shells Vintage Hat Co. is a growing vintage hat brand built on a love for hats, sports, and culture. We're looking for a passionate creative to help us tell our story through photos and video.

The Role This is a ground-floor opportunity. You'll shoot product content, lifestyle/sports content, and social media-ready video for our brand. Little pay upfront — but if you're the right person, this becomes a long-term, paid position as we grow.

What You'll Do

• Shoot and edit product photos and short-form video content
• Create content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Collaborate directly with the owner (me) on creative direction

What We're Looking For

• Some photography/videography experience (class projects count)
• Genuine love for hats, sports, or vintage culture
• Self-starter who wants to build a real portfolio and grow with a brand
• Basic editing skills (Lightroom, Premiere, CapCut, etc.)

Compensation Unpaid or small stipend to start. This is about proving fit — if it clicks, we're talking a long-term, compensated role.
