Job Description
- Maintain safe, clean, and functionally attractive display environments in the greenhouse and gardens.
- Horticultural care of plant collections, including identifying problems and pursuing solutions.
- Manage the outdoor plant nursery and contribute to the semi-annual plant sales.
- Actively contribute with the horticultural team to complete tasks, meet goals and/or manage projects.
- Full investment in and accountability to the horticultural team including role flexibility to find opportunities to learn and contribute.
- Support the horticultural team through constant communication, active listening, and routine assistance.
- Assist with management and maintenance of the "Research Greenhouse".
- Participate in Weekend Watering Duties (a rotating monthly schedule with other staff).
