Job Description
We're on the hunt for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Intern to join our vibrant team! If you're a student or recent graduate eager to dive into the world of business operations and corporate administration, this opportunity is perfect for you. In this role, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience, assist with a variety of administrative tasks, support office management, and help us keep things running smoothly. This is a paid, on-site internship for the fall semester, with 10-15 hours per week available. We're also open to offering college credit. Come grow with us and make a difference!
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with organizing, filing, and archiving company documents, both physically and digitally.

Support the reorganizing of various workspaces.

Help maintain and update records in company systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and events.

Take detailed notes during meetings and assist with follow-up tasks as needed.

Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Organize and manage inventory in supply closets and other storage areas.

Assist with ad hoc projects that contribute to the overall efficiency and organization of the office.

Provide general administrative support to team members, helping to streamline operations.

Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked and organized.

Help with the preparation and distribution of internal communications.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.

Participate in project coordination and provide support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business Administration, Management, or related program.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

A basic or intermediate understanding of Adobe Photoshop is a big advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
