As a valet parking attendant you will perform the following functions:
Greet arriving and departing guests. Opens passenger door(s) and offers assistance if appropriate.
- Provide claim check and instruct guests on how to reclaim vehicle.
- Inspect vehicles and accurately mark pre-existing damage on valet tickets.
- Park guest vehicles in specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
- Retrieve customer vehicles from specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
- Promote the courteous treatment of customers and resolving guest service issues.
- Follow all departmental procedures and policies to ensure efficient, safe and secure operations.
- Ensure all guests problems are handled quickly to ensure guest satisfaction within the established guidelines.
- Set high personal standards for performance and encourages others to do the same.
- Accurate and efficient cash handling; accepts payments, makes change, follows procedures for credit and other payment transactions. Reports tips in accordance with proper procedure.
- Any and all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of driving experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record
- Must be able to drive a stick shift
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be a team player
- Adhere to all regulatory, company and departmental policies and procedures
- Must project professionalism and posses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance; neatly groomed
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions including wind, rain, cold, snow, heat, etc.
- Must be able to jog, walk and stand for long periods of time (8-9 hours)
- Must be able to respond calmly and professionally when handling conflicts
- Must be able to maneuver through all areas of property and from floor to floor using stairways (minimum 20 steps)
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated stable, punctual work history
