About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated individual to support our HR and Talent Acquisition team for summer internship.   by sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews. This role is ideal for students with a competitive mindset, strong communication skills, and an interest in marketing, PR and technical recruitment for engineering, industrial environments, or project-based business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify candidates using LinkedIn and internal Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Marketing and Job posting management through LinkedIn and social media.
  • Review resumes, with emphasis on engineering, technical, and project-based profiles
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate with candidates via phone and email to confirm interest, schedules, and next steps
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in recruiting systems
  • Support activities for internal employee onboarding and external candidate engagement

 

 What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills — must be comfortable and confident speaking on the phone with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Customer service or sales-driven mentality; enjoys outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and results-focused
  • Backgrounds in athletics, team sports, or other competitive environments tend to do well
  • The diversity of the role could be appealing to individuals pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, HR, or Engineering related field.

 

 Learning Objectives (What You’ll Gain)

  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn and social media platforms for targeted marketing campaign for active roles and industry awareness.
  • Introduction to recruiting and tracking software.
  • Exposure to recruiting for engineering and technical roles in an industrial environment
  • Understanding of the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing through interview coordination
  • Development of professional phone, email, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Insight into how talent acquisition supports large-scale projects and business operations
