Job Description

About Us: We are a boutique creative media agency specializing in social media strategy, management, and content creation for wedding industry professionals. We are looking for a virtual assistant with a strong aesthetic eye and attention to detail to help us with various social media-related duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Trend + Industry Research (weekly social media trends report)
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content (Instagram Carousels, Reels, TikToks) using Canva and other tools
  • Manage Pinterest pages and schedule pins
  • Conduct daily community management (inbound/outbound engagement across clients accounts) ~30 min daily commitment mon-fri
  • Create monthly analytics reports and provide insights
  • Schedule and post content according to the planned schedule
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Canva and other content-creation tools (in-app editing of tiktoks/IG reels, capcut, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and other social media platforms
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • MUST have an eye for aesthetics - creative mindset with an eye for design in creating aesthetic compositions for the IG grid, IG carousels + Graphics, and video content
  • Strong Writing Skills a plus (clever captions with an understanding of a brands voice/tone)

Who you are:

  • Self-motivated, eager to learn
  • You have a strong aesthetic eye and excellent storytelling skills, and you just “get” it when it comes to social media trends
  • A self-starter who can grasp high-level brand strategy across clients.
  • You have experience using a project management tool such as Notion, Monday, ClickUp, etc.
  • You are comfortable with small company and start-up environments.
