Fashion Marketing & Operations Intern — Les Pièces Atelier

Les Pièces Atelier, a Charlotte-based vintage and designer resale boutique, is seeking an organized, creative intern with an eye for fashion. Work directly with the founder to support daily operations, shape marketing ideas, and help bring curated designer pieces to life.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the business inbox during scheduled hours, draft responses, and flag inquiries requiring the founder’s attention.

• Contribute weekly ideas for TikTok, Instagram, product launches, and promotions.

• Recommend outfit combinations and styling concepts for inventory, shoots, and customers.

• Research fashion, designer resale, and social media trends; share a concise weekly roundup.

• Assist with occasional pop-up preparation, setup, styling, and customer engagement.

Ideal Candidate

A student pursuing fashion, marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Strong writing, attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and an interest in vintage and luxury fashion are essential.
