Job Description
The Camp Cannon Office Manager serves as a key member of the camp leadership team and is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the Camp Cannon office. This position ensures the efficient coordination of camp logistics, registration processes, camper documentation, and family communication while supporting Camp Leadership, Unit Coordinators, and Camp Providers.
The Office Manager plays a critical role in maintaining accurate records, managing the camp management system, coordinating administrative workflows, and delivering exceptional customer service to families. This role also provides operational leadership for administrative tasks that support daily camp operations, including attendance tracking, camper logistics, and registration management.
The Office Manager works closely with the Camp Director and Assistant Camp Director while supporting Unit Coordinators and staff to ensure camp operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The Office Manager must be available to work a minimum of 6 weeks of Camp Cannon and attend mandatory training (June 1–4) prior to the beginning of Camp.
