Job Description

Position Summary

  • Capstone is seeking a Regional Sales Person to lead and expand business development efforts across the Southeast Region (VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, MS, AR, LA & TX).
  • This role is primarily focused on new business development (60%) with additional responsibility for account management (40%).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategy.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Track pipeline and forecast performance in ZOHO.
  • Representing Capstone at industry events.

Target Markets

  • Combined-cycle and simple-cycle gas turbine facilities.
  • Power generation and industrial facilities.
  • EPC contractors.
  • OEM suppliers of GT ancillary equipment.
