Job Description
The Program Operations & Engagement Navigator serves as a direct support role for CO-LAB’s Program Director by assisting with the coordination, execution, and day-to-day management of CO-LAB programming, member engagement initiatives, and operational projects. This student intern helps ensure programs, events, and community initiatives run efficiently while creating a welcoming and organized experience for founders, members, students, and community partners. This role is ideal for a highly organized, people-oriented student interested in entrepreneurship, innovation programming, coworking operations, and community engagement. Core Responsibilities
- Support the Program Director in planning, coordinating, and executing CO-LAB signature programs, workshops, networking events, and community initiatives
- Assist with program logistics including scheduling, registration management, room setup coordination, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up
- Help manage member engagement initiatives including, member communications, community updates, and relationship-building activities
- Maintain and organize program materials, operational documents, attendance tracking, and internal reporting systems
- Support outreach efforts to students, founders, nonprofit organizations, corporate partners, and community stakeholders participating in CO-LAB programming
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts for programs and events including flyers, newsletters, social media coordination, and event reminders
- Provide operational support during events including check-in management, hospitality support, troubleshooting, and participant assistance
- Conduct research on entrepreneurship trends, community engagement opportunities, and potential partnerships to support future programming initiatives
- Help coordinate volunteer engagement and support interns, mentors, and guest speakers involved in CO-LAB activities
- Assist with collecting participant feedback, impact stories, and engagement metrics to support program assessment and reporting
