Job Overview:
As Client HR Intern you'd have the opportunity to work alongside and shadow members of our Client HR team in our NYC Corporate office.
Your Responsibilities:
- Input new hire data into HRIS/Payroll system.
- Audit I-9 and W-4 paperwork.
- Run reports and audit data in HRIS system.
- Assist with onboarding new hires into HRIS system.
- Assist with review employee time cards.
- Special projects as assigned by manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Rising junior or senior pursing a Bachelorâ??s Degree in related field.
- Program starts June 10 and continues for 9 weeks. Must be available minimum Monday-Thursday, 9-5.Â
- Must be in the office (no remote work).Â
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with a high-volume workload while also knowing when to ask for help and ask questions when the information is unfamiliar.
- Windows knowledge a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills is a must.
- A high level of energy and a strong bias to service excellence and getting things done with a sense of urgency.
- Possesses personal and professional integrity.
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
- Diligent and self-motivated.
- Strong analytical skills.
- A self-starter who leads by example and who is respected by all levels of employees.
