Job Description

  • Independently analyze complex operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement across Facilities Management.
  • Determine appropriate analytical approaches, methodologies, measures, and data sources based on the business question or operational issue being evaluated.
  • Develop, maintain, and refine performance metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical tools used to monitor operational performance and support decision-making.
  • Interpret complex analytical findings and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and operational stakeholders.
  • Identify data-quality, integrity, and consistency issues across systems and determine appropriate methods for investigation, reconciliation, and resolution.
  • Independently conduct recurring, ad hoc, comparative, and scenario-based analyses to support operational planning, resource prioritization, and performance evaluation.
  • Lead assigned process improvement initiatives from assessment through implementation and evaluation, using data and process analysis to identify root causes, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Six Sigma practitioners, operational leaders, and subject matter experts to analyze processes, develop improvement recommendations, establish performance measures, and evaluate the results of process changes.
  • Develop data visualizations, dashboards, reports, and other decision-support products that communicate complex information and performance trends to leadership and operational audiences.
  • Serve as a consultative analytical resource to operational units, providing interpretation of performance data and recommendations based on professional analysis and judgment.
  • Support strategic and operational planning through analysis of performance trends, resource information, service outcomes, and potential scenarios.
  • Prepare and present analytical findings, visualizations, recommendations, and process improvement results to managers, directors, and senior leadership.
  • Coordinate data collection, validation, integration, and reporting activities necessary to support reliable performance analysis.
  • Evaluate existing analytical and reporting processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, usability, and decision-making value.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation of analytical methodologies, data definitions, performance measures, dashboards, and process improvement activities.
