Job Description
- This position will serve as the territory manager for the Charlotte, N.C., region.
- Territory management will include advising and counseling prospective students on opportunities available to them at UNC Charlotte, planning extensive recruitment travel to high schools and college fairs across the region, coordinating regional recruitment programming, and reading and evaluating first-year applicants from that territory.
- Developing a high school counselor network within Mecklenburg County.
- Along with supporting general student inquiry volume, this position will also be tasked with building out and increasing the recruitment funnel for their territory.
- Success will include building relationships with community organizations and school counselors, effective data and pipeline management, and extensive outreach and communication to prospective students and families in that territory.
- The person in this role will be required to come to campus to support day-to-day operations (as needed), large-scale recruitment events and trainings.
