Job Description
- Provides leadership and operational management for PaTS event services and coordinates parking/transportation operations. The position translates departmental policies and strategic direction into executable operating plans, coordinates staff and resources across PaTS functions, and serves as the primary operational point of accountability for University events requiring parking, transportation, traffic, shuttle, pedestrian, or related mobility support.
- Events & Operations: establish a single operational leader for event parking/transportation and coordinate day-to-day operational readiness, including event plans, staffing, traffic/parking coordination, communications, and after-action improvement.
