Job Description

Chici Mama is building a high-energy street team for Summer 2026. This is not a typical sampling job. We’re creating a bold, visible brand presence across South End, the Rail Trail, and Uptown Charlotte.

If you’re outgoing, confident, and not afraid to talk to anyone, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Be part of a 12–15 person Chici Mama street team

  • Engage with people in high-traffic areas (South End, Rail Trail, Uptown)

  • Hand out samples and introduce the brand in a fun, natural way

  • Create short-form content (TikTok / IG) during activations

  • Work in small groups to bring energy and attention to the brand

  • Participate in coordinated, themed outfits for events

What We’re Looking For

  • College students or recent grads (18+)

  • Outgoing, high-energy personality

  • Comfortable approaching and talking to strangers

  • Confident on camera

  • Reliable and on time

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented

Bonus (Not Required)

  • Roller skating / skating experience

  • Promotions, events, or brand ambassador experience

  • Social media or content creation experience

Schedule

  • Flexible summer hours

  • Afternoons, evenings, and weekends

  • Based in Charlotte (South End / Uptown)
