Title: Field Supervisor

Salary Range: $850 to $950 per Week 

Looking for an enthusiastic Field Supervisor candidate to be a part of our growing Team! We are a Family-owned Roofing and Siding Company that has been in business for over 100 years!

• Must be willing to travel to various Jobsites in the Southeast Region (North and South Carolina) during the week.
• Reports to Project Managers
• Documents progress of jobs (taking pictures and uploading) Counting Material
• Goes to Meetings as a Representative of L.E. Schwartz & Son, Inc.
• Weekly Team Meetings discussing schedules.
• Manage subcontractors (Resource Partners) on site.
• Perform safety and quality inspections on crews and completed work.

Onboarding is 6-weeks for this position. Must be able to travel to Macon, GA during the week to be in our office while working with different managers. We will pay for your food and hotel during this period as well.
