Construction Ready Trainee (Earn While You Learn)

Ready to start a career in construction-even if you've neverworked in the industry?

CBRE is looking for motivated individuals to join the Meta America's WorkforceAcademy (AWA) Construction Ready Pathway. This paid training program preparesyou for a full-time career helping build America's AI infrastructure. Noprevious construction experience is required. We'll teach you everything youneed to succeed.

Note applicants must be currently authorized to work in theUnited States without the need for visa sponsorship (including H-1B or STEMOPT) now or in the future.

What You'll Do

· Safely work on activecommercial construction sites.

· Read and followconstruction plans and work instructions.

· Use common hand andpower tools safely.

· Assist with materialhandling, site preparation, and installation work.

· Support framing,concrete, carpentry, finishing, or other construction activities depending on project needs.

· Maintain clean,organized, and safe work areas.

· Follow OSHA and sitesafety requirements every day.

· Work as part of a teamto complete high-quality projects supporting America's AI infrastructure

No experience? No problem-everything you need is taughtduring the training program. We're looking for people with the rightattitude-not the perfect resume.

What We're Looking For

· Reliable with a strongwork ethic.

· Comfortable performingphysical, hands-on work.

· Comfortable using orlearning hand and power tools.

· Team player with apositive attitude.

· Strong attention todetail.

· Interest inconstruction, skilled trades, or building projects.

· English/Spanishbilingual is a plus.

· Eligible to work inthe United States without sponsorship.

Training & Pay (Earn While You Learn)

· Four-week, full-timepaid training program.

· $25.00/hour duringtraining.

· New classes beginregularly.

· Local participantscommute daily.

· Eligible non-localparticipants receive company-paid travel, lodging, and meals during training.

Career Pathways

· Successful graduatesmay be hired into entry-level construction with leading national constructioncontractors.

· Potential careerprogression: General Construction Laborer → Construction Technician → SkilledTrades Apprentice → Lead → Foreman/Supervisor.
