Sales Executive
Sterling Technology Solutions is looking for a motivated individual that has a love for technology and the desire to learn and grow as a B2B sales professional.
Sterling Technology Solutions was started in 2003 and quickly became one of the top Managed Services Providers in Charlotte. We pride ourselves in providing high-quality IT services to other small to medium sized businesses in the Charlotte Metro Area.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for finding and signing new business. They will actively prospect to generate new leads, meet with potential clients in a consultative manner, and drive the organic growth of Sterling Technology Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create a prospecting strategy
- Regularly prospect for new business opportunities
- Build and manage a sales pipeline
- Schedule meetings with C-Level contacts
- Meet with potential clients to uncover their current IT challenges
- Present and demonstrate the value of managed services (helpdesk, cybersecurity, cloud, backup/disaster recovery)
- Meet monthly sales quota
- Identify and attend trade shows and business networking events
- Maintain clean, up-to-date records and pipeline in HubSpot
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in-person
- Possess a high degree of professionalism
- The ability to speak about technology so anyone can understand
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Self-motivated and driven
Key Performance Indicators
- Weekly prospecting activities
- Number of first-time appointments set per week
- Number of first-time appointments held per week
- MRR closed per month
