Responsibilities 

•Creating bills, invoices, journal entries, accruals, and credits
•Receiving payment from customers and processing deposits
•Contacting customers on past due receivables
•Assist in preparation of accounts payable check run and electronic filing
•Monthly Reconciliations
•Partial sales support role with pricing analysis responsibilities, lead research, and new customer setup
•Assisting with supplier selection in the sales process
•Assist the controller on special projects
