What you'll be doing
As a Software Engineering Intern, you’ll be embedded in one of our high-performing agile development teams. These autonomous, cross-functional teams own key areas of our customer-facing web portal. You’ll contribute to real product features and enhancements, supported by experienced mentors and teammates.
Expect hands-on experience in:
- Front-end development: JavaScript, React.js
- Back-end development: Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Gitlab, Auth0
You’ll participate in design discussions, pair programming, code reviews, and agile ceremonies—gaining exposure to the full software development lifecycle.

What we’re looking forMust-Haves:
- Currently a college sophomore or junior
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (preferred)
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience using Git
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
- Prior experience delivering code as part of a team
