Dragonfly Pond Works is an environmental service company specializing in stormwater management. Since 2006, Dragonfly has provided routine maintenance and repairs on stormwater devices, lakes, ponds, wetlands, and underground facilities. The Company services the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, from Maryland to Florida with over 150 employees.

Dragonfly is seeking candidates who will be rising juniors or seniors for an internship opportunity for Summer 2024.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will be entering their junior or senior year of a Bachelor of Science program in natural sciences or compatible environmental courses of study.

Ideal candidates will have a keen interest in working outdoors with a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful spaces featuring healthy aquatic systems.

Candidates should be available to work 5 days per week. Relevant work experience is desirable but not required.

• Ability to understand and appreciate safety training specific to the workplace and aquatic hazards.
• Desire &/or ability to operate various types of equipment as required by differing project needs.
• Ability to drive and safely operate a truck or other types of motor vehicles (clean driving record necessary).
• Drug free.
• A team player
