• Responsible for answering the main number to the university and providing accurate information to callers while maintaining a professional manner and tone at all times.
• Once a call is complete, staff will document activity or transition request to Specialists for follow-up regarding account-related information.
• Continuously learn and respond to requests for information regarding general university questions such as directions, other Enrollment or campus office services.
• Effective listening skills are required to understand customer needs and resolve requests. 
• Must communicate effectively and share updated information with team members and guests.
