Direct Care Staff-Adolescent Female Group Home

Duties:

Communicate relevant consumer information to supervisors, Associate Professional/House Manager, or the Qualified Professional when the AP is unavailable.

Provide privacy and confidentiality of all consumer records.

Assure consumers are free from abuse, mistreatment, and or neglect and report any incidents to the supervisor.

Treat each consumer with dignity and respect.

Completion of all documentation related to Treatment Plans (Medicaid Requirement).

Develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of philosophy and purpose.

Develop familiarity with the Treatment Plan of each consumer served.

Implement goals and recommendations and follow appropriate documentation procedures.

Provide a positive atmosphere that facilitates learning.

Make decisions based on training and policies when unsupervised.

Perform duties as requested by the Supervisor

Qualifications:

A person holding at least (a) a GED or high school diploma (b) no GED or high school diploma. A qualified professional or associate professional shall provide supervision to the population we serve.
