Job Description

The Inside Technical Sales Support professional plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales skills to effectively assist clients, provide product information, and resolve inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our products and services and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
o Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or teams.
o Provide detailed product information and specifications.
o Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.


2. Sales Support:
o Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop solutions.
o Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
o Assist in creating sales proposals, quotes, and order processing.


3. Technical Expertise:
o Maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and applications.
o Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products.


4. Collaboration:
o Work closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer needs.
o Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services.


5. Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
o Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and sales performance.
