Exit Strategy, Charlotte's #1 escape room game, is now recruiting for part-time (10-20 hours a week) employees who are enthusiastic, engaging and professional. Exit Strategy is a fast-paced, exciting atmosphere, which gives guests the opportunity to exercise their brains while learning to work as a team. Our employees interact with entertainment seekers, checking them in at the front desk, briefing the groups, then supervising and assisting in game play. We aim to give each guest an immersive, one-of-a-kind experience, and each of our employees play a very important role in our business.

This position will involve weekend/weeknight shifts. Candidates must be available for any weekend shift, including Holidays.

We are recruiting for our North and South locations.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail, with the ability to handle any challenge that may arise.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing - can interact easily with different groups of people
• Reliable, dependable, and trustworthy, honoring commitments to the Customer and the whole team
• Fast learner - able to think on your feet
• Ability to multi-task and to handle the unexpected
• Ability to remain calm and friendly while under pressure
• Tech savvy (basic computing, willing to learn new software)
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply
• Experience in drama or theater is a plus
