Autism Strong Foundation was founded in 2009 and led by inclusion and integrity, our mission is to provide the strongest support, community and hope for those touched by autism. All funds raised by Autism Strong
are mindfully donated to our community in the way that will make the greatest impact; connecting families and children to the resources that they desperately need.
By establishing long-term lasting partnerships with businesses and organizations, we are able to impact the local community with support through our signature therapy grant: Landon’s Hope Scholarship as well as financial aid for emergencies, summer camps, the holidays. We proudly
provide additional opportunities for families to receive necessary resources and unique experiences.
CRM Project
We are in need of someone to assist with our new CRM tool. This project would include database clean up and importing data from our many events. In learning our CRM tool and more about the organization, we would ask you to look at how the data is organized within the CRM and offer input on best practices.
This project will take approximately 30 hours and is fully remote.
Preferred Student
- Major or minor in IT with an interest in software development
- Has an interest in helping the autism community
Learning Experience
This internship provides an opportunity to learn the important task of CRM management with a progressive and robust CRM tool that not only holds data, but also incorporates AI for further organizational constituent insight. By helping nonprofits better utilize technology, you are helping to expand their reach and the people they support.
Outcomes
Staff will be able to use the CRM to generate important constituent messaging through the CRM, replacing a paid email tool. Thus creating cost savings to the organization annually. CRM integration also streamlines interorganizational communication as this tool allows for staff to
create tasks and follow-up within the CRM. By using the CRM we also increase historical knowledge, thereby providing easier access to information on constituents and their needs and interests.
