What You’ll Do:

As a Program Manager, you’ll:

• Supervise and support staff and individuals in residential programs.
• Serve as the Qualified Professional for assigned programs and individuals.
• Facilitate and evaluate person-centered plans to ensure meaningful progress.
• Collaborate with families, providers, and community resources.
• Integrate positive support strategies into daily interactions and program planning.

What We’re Looking For:

To qualify, you must be a North Carolina Qualified Professional with one of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree (non-Human Services) + 4 years of full-time experience with the population served
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree (Human Services) + 2 years of full-time experience
• Master’s degree (Human Services) + 1 year of full-time experience

Additionally, you’ll need:

• 2+ years of experience working with adults with mental health diagnoses, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and/or substance use disorders
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
