Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney with 0-3 years of experience to join our team, with a primary focus on real estate matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing attorney to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of law and work closely with experienced attorneys.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload with supervision from senior attorneys
  • Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing
  • Conduct title examinations and resolve title issues
  • Draft and review purchase agreements, deeds, loan documents, and closing documents
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and contracts
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
  • Attend necessary hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
  • Maintain accurate case files and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar
  • 0-3 years of relevant legal experience (general practice or related areas preferred)
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
