As an E-commerce Business Development Coordinator at Epiroc USA you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and supporting Epiroc's e-commerce initiatives, aligned with our broader strategic goals. This role requires specialized expertise to ensure high standards of data accuracy and quality throughout the e-commerce platform. It requires technical problem-solving and ingenuity to identify growth opportunities, drive channel revenue, and expand customer offerings. The successful candidate will be both technically proficient and results-oriented, capable of inspiring trust, driving engagement, and ensuring consistent achievement of goals. Through collaborative problem-solving, this position helps advance our goals of growth, increased market share, and profitability, and establishing a vision of customer obsession.
In the fast-evolving e-commerce landscape, goals shift frequently, requiring regular alignment meetings with Business Line Managers and Sales Leaders. An empathetic, engaging communication style is crucial to build commitment and drive results by fostering buy-in from stakeholders. The preferred location for this E-commerce Business Development Coordinator is our headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado. Remote work options may be considered for highly qualified candidates. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all initiatives related to Epiroc US e-commerce strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business partners to drive engagement and enhance customer experience Oversee the release of new content and features on the e-commerce site to maximize functionality and user engagement Coordinate commercial campaigns and promotions to boost site traffic and drive online sales Implement product offerings and pricing strategies to maintain online competitiveness Support onboarding and training for new customers and users on the e-commerce platform Conduct analysis to understand customer requirements and behavior, informing future e-commerce strategies Coordinate efforts between order fulfillment and customer care to streamline online sales support
Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, sales, or business development, with a focus on customer engagement and growth Proven ability to thrive in an international setting, with strong verbal and written communication skills Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for driving sales and creating impactful experiences for customers and teams Self-driven and resourceful, skilled at building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets through strategic thinking and hands-on execution
