We’re currently seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our Behavioral Health team in Concord, NC.
Work Schedule:
- Monday, Thursday, & Saturday: 7am-7pm
**Anticipated Start Date 7/27/2026**
What You’ll Do
As a QMHP, you’ll play a key role in guiding both staff and the individuals we support. This is a dynamic position where you’ll combine clinical insight with collaboration and community engagement.
In this role, you will:
- Complete initial assessments and evaluate referrals to ensure individuals receive appropriate services
- Collaborate with providers, team members, and natural supports during case reviews and team meetings
- Help individuals access meaningful community resources and strengthen their support networks
- Partner with staff to educate individuals about available services and opportunities
- Provide Assertive Engagement Services for individuals with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders who may have difficulty engaging in treatment
- Support individuals transitioning from hospital settings, helping them reconnect with services and build stability
You’ll be instrumental in creating pathways for people to stay connected, supported, and engaged in their care.
What We’re Looking For
To qualify, candidates must meet North Carolina Qualified Professional (QMHP) standards (10A NCAC 27G .0104), including one of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree (non-human services) + 4 years full-time (or 8 years part-time) relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree (human services) + 2 years full-time (or 4 years part-time) relevant experience
- Master’s degree (human services) + 1 year full-time (or 2 years part-time) relevant experience
In addition, candidates must have:
- At least 1 year of crisis response or crisis management experience
