Daycare Account Manager

We are seeking a personable, organized, and proactive Account Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our daycare center partnerships. This role is responsible for booking new picture day sessions, ensuring an exceptional experience for each center, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the process. As the primary point of contact for our daycare partners, you will be the face of Heritage Studios for your accounts—reflecting our brand values and ensuring every client interaction is positive, efficient, and memorable.

Essential Job Functions

Client Acquisition & Booking

• Reach out to potential daycare centers to book new themed picture day sessions.

• Manage a pipeline of prospects and follow up with leads in a timely manner.

Account Management

• Confirm all booked sessions 3 days before the scheduled shoot.

• Ensure daycares have all the necessary information to prepare for picture day.

• Be a responsive and helpful point of contact leading up to and during the experience.

Client Retention & Feedback

• Follow up 1 week after the shoot with a personalized thank-you message and link to a brief feedback survey.

• Confirm delivery status of any center incentives and ensure satisfaction with the service.

Client Experience Ownership

• Serve as the primary liaison between the daycare and the Heritage Studios team.

• Uphold and represent the brand’s values of creativity, professionalism, and customer care.

• Identify opportunities for repeat bookings and long-term relationships.

Education and Experience

• Friendly, professional, and confident communicator

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Self-starter who can manage their own schedule

• Customer-focused mindset and a genuine interest in creating positive experiences

• Prior sales or account management experience a plus, especially in education, childcare, or photography

Compensation and Benefits

$125-150 per account, paid upon successful completion of post-shoot follow-up and confirmation of incentive delivery.

Year-end bonus eligibility, based on:

• Total number of accounts managed throughout the year

• Client retention and rebooking rates

• Survey feedback and satisfaction scores

• Contributions to company growth and brand reputation
