Job Description

The Part-Time Office Assistant position is considered one of the important components to assist in "steering our ship!"  The perfect candidate for this role will accept responsibility for coordinating and performing a wide variety of office administrative activities on behalf of the organization and the Chief Executive Officer.

Such activities may include:

• Collect and analyze data from various business operations in reports that are useful in staying on top of areas of responsibility.  

• Implement and maintain procedures and systems that will guide and standardize business office practices.

• Prepare responses to inquiries and complaints and follow up on organizational questions.

• Manage in-office duties such as checking mail and maintaining office supplies.

• Manage office calendars, and schedule meetings

• Coordinate event planning and provide support during events organized by the company

• Assist with promotional activities and marketing project coordination

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure projects and tasks are completed thoroughly and on time.

• Any other duties as assigned
