Job Description
AYSO PLAY
AYSO PLAY is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making soccer fun, inclusive, and accessible for all kids. We’re looking for a Community Outreach & Program Coordinator to help us strengthen our relationships with local schools and community organizations, support our program growth, and bring more kids into the game.
What You’ll Do:
Communicate with schools and community partners to coordinate soccer programs.
Assist with marketing and promotions, including social media and event support.
Help organize and manage program schedules, registration, and attendance.
Build strong relationships with school staff, families, and players.
Support coaching staff and occasionally assist with on-field activities.
Represent AYSO PLAY as a positive community ambassador.
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for soccer, youth development, and community engagement.
Great communication and relationship-building skills.
Organized, proactive, and reliable team player.
Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Background in youth sports, education, or outreach is a plus.
Details:

Travel to local schools and community sites required.
