Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

Accreditation Preparations

  • In Google software:
    a. Edit narratives
    b. Organize supporting documentation
    c. Ensure the appropriate supporting documentation is hyperlinked with narratives.
    d. Check that the hyperlinks within each narrative work.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of a campus visit in the spring semester.
  • Help prepare schedules and handouts for faculty, staff, students and official visitors for the on-site visit.
  • Be available to engage with faculty, staff, students and official visitors in March 2027.
  • Work with faculty on AI Assessment project.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of the EIA Recognition ceremony in the spring semester.
  • Collect and post assessment related resources.
  • Review Program Student Learning Outcomes Reports.
  • Score 2025-2026 Division of Academic Affairs Strategic Plan Profiles based on provided rubric.
  • Review Strategic Plan Close-out Reports.
  • Other duties assigned.
