Warehouse Administrator Trainee

The Hounen Solar Graduate Trainee Program is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals (0-3 years of experience) who are seeking hands-on technical exposure, structured training, and long-term career growth in advanced manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, materials receiving, storage, and issuance for solar modules and raw materials.
• Coordinate logistics and material flow to ensure uninterrupted production and timely availability of components.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts, reporting, and basic data analysis.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and planning teams to improve operational efficiency and warehouse processes.

Required Skills:

• Recent undergraduate or Master's graduates (or up to 3 years of experience). No extensive experience is required; we value your enthusiasm, teamwork, and learning ability!
• Bachelor's degree (or recent graduate) in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• English and Mandarin Chinese proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in manufacturing operations and supply chain management within a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and willingness to work in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
• Interest in long-term career development in the U.S. renewable energy sector.

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual Salary Range: $45,000 - $48,000 USD.
