The Content Strategist - Summer Intern will work within the Digital Customer Experience team. This team is responsible for driving customer health at scale, by coordinating campaigns and programs across multiple digital channels to ensure product adoption, retention, KPI attainment, satisfaction, and growth.

In this internship, you will be responsible for writing and producing clear, concise, channel-specific content. You will contribute content for a range of Tricentis products, for use across the digital ecosystem of customer communications channels. Your work will target important outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, and beyond. Responsibilities: Produce polished written content that follows Tricentis editorial guidelines and messaging. Become an expert in software testing topics, products, and audiences, and keep up with the latest industry trends and customer pain points Develop high-quality messaging by participating in interviews and meetings with customers and internal stakeholders, including but not limited to: Customer Success, Product/RandD, Product Marketing, and more Work collaboratively with our Customer Experience Managers to develop and refine each message to drive a specific outcome Iterate on content to increase engagement and improve effectivenes. Qualifications: College-level experience in marketing or tech writing Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it Clear, effective, and persuasive communicator both verbally and in writing Ability to interpret complex software-related topics, benefits, and best practices and tailor them to various audiences/personas Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity Self-motivated, results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex concepts into actionable messaging Poised under pressure, thrives in a multi-tasking environment, and can adjust priorities as needed Tricentis Core Values: Knowing what we need to achieve andhowto achieve it is important.
