POSITION: Finance Intern

During the internship, interns will have the opportunity to participate in many activities designed specifically to enhance their knowledge of Polymershapes, our products and the Charlotte area.


Internship positions are available for a 1 year duration at our North American Headquarters in Charlotte, NC. These positions will provide a challenging opportunity and exposure within areas such as finance, corporate accounting, treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit.


Description:


• Assist Sales Reps in maintaining Customer Master data and help drive sales results
• Help maintain Inventory Master and Item Creation data
• Review and approve creation of new suppliers
• Assist on ad-hoc projects and financial analysis requests
• Work with a range of systems including Oracle and Qlik Sense


Qualifications:


• Completion of sophomore year at an accredited university
• Business, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics/Economics majors
• Availability to work ~20-24 hours a week during school semester. Potential for increased hours during the summer determined by an Intern’s availability/desire.
