Researcher will code, compare, and analyze recordings of schools in the United States and the Republic of the Marshall Islands. Tasks include cleaning transcriptions, first cycle coding, second cycle coding, literature review, and summary analysis. Student must have taken ethnographic methods at the graduate level and have a significant background in linguistic anthropology and the study of language in school systems.
