Min. Experience/Education: Must be a currently enrolled UNC CCI Charlotte student with junior or senior status.

Preference will be given to students who participated in the Professional Mentoring program.

Essential Job Duties

Program preparation. Event preparation and set up. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.  Follow up communication with mentees. Create event invitations and provide follow up. Prepare for one-two meetings / month; one led by an industry associate. Support Director in execution.

Digital marketing and administrative skills required  to prepare promotional materials and manage  event registration, and google spreadsheets for use with mentor partners and their companies. 

Plan schedule with the Program Director. Assist with updating program data and maintaining development of technical and procedural systems and processes.

Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education

Event Set-up, Google calendar and mail troubleshooting, Constant Contact, Canva or other graphic based programs, web based graphic updates and/or Mac design systems, Provide technology support analysis with industry partner applications and backup analysis, data dashboards, event marketing. Other duties as assigned.
