Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and updating financial models for real estate development and acquisition projects.
- Conduct market research and analyze economic trends impacting real estate investments.
- Support due diligence efforts, including reviewing financial statements, underwriting reports, and investment memos.
- Assist in preparing investor presentations and financial reports.
- Work closely with the acquisitions and asset management teams to track deal progress and financial performance.
- Analyze debt and equity financing structures to support investment strategies.
- Perform other ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of financial concepts.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of real estate investment metrics (e.g., IRR, NPV, cash-on-cash returns) is a plus.
- Excellent research, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or coursework in real estate finance, private equity, or investment banking is preferred.
