Junior Data Analyst

Data & Reporting

• Build, maintain, and improve reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Projects, and Zoho CRM
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations that provide leadership teams with actionable business insights
• Analyze sales, operational, and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements
• Support month-end and year-end reporting processes
• Assist with data mining initiatives to support sales and marketing efforts

Process Improvement & Automation

• Help design and maintain workflows, automations, and scalable business processes
• Partner with departments across the organization to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience
• Assist in creating SOPs, documentation, and operational improvements company-wide
• Support referral tracking, sales promotions, incentive reporting, and performance monitoring

Systems & Team Support

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including training materials and system setup
• Support end users with software systems and account management
• Help maintain internal databases, software platforms, and contract alignment with leadership
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to support strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High level of technical(computer) literacy
• Experience in Google Sheets, Excel
• Familiarity with programming fundamentals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with JavaScript, Python, or other programming languages
• Experience with structured data and reporting
• Experience with API integrations
